Remote monitoring of your assets, without touching what already works

We develop and deploy our own industrial monitoring platforms. They connect to the existing drives, sensors and RTUs on location—without modifying them or affecting operations—and carry the data from the field to a dashboard accessible from anywhere.

Well monitoring and analytics

From the field to management, in real time.

It connects to the drives, sensors and RTUs already on location—without modifying them or affecting operations—and carries the information to dashboards accessible from anywhere. It covers the four artificial lift methods used in Venezuela.

  • BCP/PCP, SRP (pumpjack), ESP and Gas Lift, each with its critical variables
  • Direct Modbus reading from ABB, Schneider, Allen-Bradley and Siemens drives
  • Anomaly detection every 5 minutes: adaptive statistical model (CUSUM) plus 24 diagnostic rules per lift type
  • Well health score from 0 to 100 across five components: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, production and efficiency
  • Transport over microwave, 4G/LTE, LoRaWAN (up to 15 km) or satellite, depending on the location
  • Atilax Edge boxes with 7+ days of autonomy without connectivity, IP65, −20 °C to +70 °C and solar power
  • Automatic reports on production, anomalies and energy efficiency (kWh/bbl)

TankOS — Tank management

A yard's inventory and deliveries, in a single record.

Software for managing crude oil storage tanks, transfer and custody grade, part of the Atilax suite. It brings together the tank measurement, the laboratory analysis, the movements and the yard's instruments, and derives every figure step by step, with its provenance.

  • Tank level read from the radar or taken by tape, cross-checked against each other
  • Versioned strapping tables and calculation from level to mass, with every correction factor in view
  • Batches, tickets with gapless sequential numbering, and stock as the sum of entries
  • Per-tank alarms and an operations log that cannot be modified or deleted
  • Outbound queue: when a ticket is issued, it delivers to webhook, sftp or file, with retry

Hydraulic pumping unit control

Live dynamometer card and diagnostics.

Control and supervision of hydraulic pumping units, with a real-time surface dynamometer card and alarm management that informs the operator without blocking them.

  • Live surface dynamometer card with calibrated scale
  • Non-modal alarm management per ISA-18.2: acknowledge and silence without stopping operation
  • Classification by severity: critical, high, medium and warning
  • Diagnosis of rod parting, out-of-tolerance geometry, oil over-temperature, pump health and unreachable SPM
  • Automatic and manual mode, with software stop in the safe direction
  • Stroke control with lost-stroke detection and geometry health
  • Configuration and commissioning wizards, with change auditing

Analytics in operation

From data to diagnosis

The system doesn't just display data: it analyzes it, assesses the health of each asset and raises an alert before a minor problem turns into a costly failure.

Example: well BCP-23

Detection
The system detected a gradual increase in motor current (+12% over 20 days) combined with a drop in discharge pressure (−15%).
Automatic diagnosis
Accelerated stator/rotor wear.
Recommendation
Schedule maintenance within 10 to 15 days.
Result
Preventive intervention that avoided a catastrophic failure. Estimated savings between USD 25,000 and 47,000.
Architecture

How field data reaches the dashboard

Data is acquired with field equipment—RTUs, Modbus gateways, IP65 acquisition boxes—and carried to the platform over whatever medium is available at each location. If the link drops, the equipment keeps measuring and syncs once it is restored, with no data loss.

Integration architecture: field radar, wireless node, gateway, Modbus TCP/IP and Atilax platform
